It’s a tart, its a lemon tart, no, its invisible lemon tart, a creation by a Japanese twitter user that resembles a half-done recipe, but instead, it is a delicious full-blown desert.
At first glance, the seemingly ordinary pie crust features a dollop of whipped cream that appears to be floating in mid-air. The “invisible” tart filling is a combination of gelatin powder, sugar, white wine, honey, and lemon.
If you are feeling adventurous and have plenty of time on your hand, why not try to recreate @tomeinohito’s transparent lemon tart?
